"In addition, since 2016, our team has been working in the field of Personal Data Protection Law, and recently, we have intensified our efforts in this area. In this regard, we closely follow developments in Turkish Law, the activities and decisions of the Personal Data Protection Authority, as well as developments in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Accordingly, we manage the GPDR (Personal Data Protection Law) Compliance Process and provide legal consultancy services to companies within the scope of GPDR, secondary regulations, and relevant legislation. In this context, we analyze our clients' business activities, identify the actions required under GPDR and related regulations, and carry out the necessary work for each process, taking into account the company's needs. To date, we have implemented KVKK compliance projects in various sectors such as healthcare, tourism, energy, shopping centers, defense industry, construction, food production, and restaurants, and we continue to carry out such projects.
