Att. İrem Gül GENÇ

Irem Gül Genç, who studied Law at Ankara University Faculty of Law between 2013 and 2 Dec 2017 and is currently registered with the Ankara Bar Association and practicing law, has interests in Labor Law, Commercial Law, Information Law, Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, especially the Law of Obligations. Participating in various trainings within the scope of the Concordat institution, Genç also carries out studies in this field and in the field of Contract Law.

In addition, Genç, who has been working in the field of Personal Data Protection Law (“KVKK”) since 2016, has recently intensified his studies in this field. Within this scope, KVKK has carried out and is currently continuing to carry out compliance projects in various sectors, especially in Health, Tourism, Energy, Shopping Malls, Defense Industry, Construction, Food Production and Restaurants.

Participating in various national and international events, participating in many activities, including board membership in ELSA European Young Lawyers Association during her university years, the teenager took part in the organization of ELSA Ankara Energy Law Summer School attended by lawyers and students from various countries of Europe and the organization of ELSA Day “Gender Equality”.
